SECURING YOUR INSTRUMENT & REPUTABLE MUSIC STORES
-
We recommend that parents make some type of rental-purchase agreement with a reputable music company. Tarpley Music is our recommended company.
-
Repair insurance is usually included in the price of the instrument. This means most repairs will be at NO cost to you.
-
Reserve your instrument and supplies as soon as possible. Used instruments have limited availability and new instruments will be placed on back order when supplies run out.
-
Students will need their instruments and supplies by the first full week of school.
-
Be careful of purchasing instruments using online services like Craigslist and eBay. Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club, and Amazon purchases are also not acceptable.
-
Bring your hand-me-down instruments to a director for inspection and approval.
